To mark their 131st anniversary, Wellendorff's master goldsmiths have created this exclusive men's ring: the 4-752 ring combines cool, matte 18-karat white gold with warm yellow gold in the inner ring, creating a successful symbiosis between modern minimalism and fine details.
The 4-752 anniversary ring also gets its exciting appearance from two contrasting finishing techniques. While the inner ring and the two outer rings are highly polished, the rest of the ring has a matte finish.
Evenly positioned in a row, mosaics measuring just 2.3 x 2.3 millimetres and made of deep black Wellendorff cold enamel create an exciting contrast to the cool 18-karat white gold.
A single bright orange cube catches everyone's eye. 30 engraving levels lend it its unique impression of depth and luminosity. The result is an optical pyramid and a bright shade of orange.
The “4” in the distinctive name “4-752” indicates that this is now the fourth consecutive limited-edition Wellendorff men's ring to be created. The “752” reveals a secret: while 18-karat gold is usually alloyed with 750 parts of pure gold for every 1,000 parts, the master goldsmiths at Wellendorff always add two more parts of pure gold - thus over-alloying the piece of jewellery. This lends the ring an extra touch of exclusivity.
The 4-752 ring for men is limited to 131 pieces worldwide to mark the manufactory's 131st anniversary. The “lim. 131” engraving on the inner ring attests to this.
